Last summer 2011, I took my Lexus through this car wash and when I got home realized there were multiple scratches. I immediately returned to talk with the management who said it could have been due to a bungee cord. Well. he found the bungee cord on the floor of the car wash. This car wash clinic then denied they were responsible and refused to pay repairs! Doesn't deserve any stars!

I go through the car wash and the is dirt still on the car and the brake light gets broken, I report it and they admit fault, find out how much the light costs, and then say it is not their fault, also then call me a liar..... what a waste of money
