No one gives a shit about your windshield, the only way a car wash could crack a windshield is if there was pre-existing damage. Have you ever tried punching a windshield?? They're very sturdy until there's a chip or crack in it already, then it's nothing for it to spread

Their car wash cracked my windshield on my 2012 Explorer. They have very rude, and unprofessional staff. When I filed a claim, they acted as if it was somehow my fault. They offered no resolution, and did not even offer a refund on the $10 wash I purchased. My glass deductible was $250 that I footed the bill for, hoping they would reimburse me. They denied that as well. I've never had an issue...

I came to the $3 car wash clinic in halls today which was 11/12/2011. It was awesome, i got the $6 wash and my car looked excellent. Also, they had staff come to you and ask about your visit, like did I like my wash and they all were proffesional and did their jobs great. I will be coming back and recommending this wash to all my friends. Thanks car wash clinic.

I go through the car wash and the is dirt still on the car and the brake light gets broken, I report it and they admit fault, find out how much the light costs, and then say it is not their fault, also then call me a liar..... what a waste of money
