I took my van in to the Car Shop because it was having a serious issue. The mechanic there was very polite, (even has a wonderful sense of humor too), told me exactly what he thought was wrong with the van, and proceeded to fix it.

He did a wonderful job, very timely, and the final cost was exactly what he said it would be. He was honest, told me what was wrong in terms I could...
