We have purchased 4 vehicles from Burien Nissan sales department and have been more than pleased with the service provided by the sales staff. They were polite and efficient. BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!

BAD service department! It was bad under the previous owner and things haven't improved. I took my Titan in for a leak in the rear dif and they wound up fixing some seal in the rear wheels instead. Had to take it back again for them to finally fix it with no apology whatsoever. This time a leaking transmission cooler hose and a quote of $349, then $180 for flushing transmission. Two problems...
