I went in to buy a head unit to put in my car, I bought a really nice kenwood and set a appointment for Saturday so they can get the parts in. I show up for my appointment and they had no clue where my parts where at. They said they would call Monday or Tuesday and never did. It was horrible experience and I will not be going back.

We were looking for a Bluetooth car stereo for my daughter's car this past December. We were unsuccessful finding any dealers in Springfield, with the needed knowledge to maintain the car's steering wheel controls and driver informatio n center, after the stereo installation.
