I recently moved to Portland and needed to locate a new dental practice. I saw Gentle Dental advertised on TV and decided to try them.

From my initial phone call to the end of my first visit, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant.

I was very pleased to be seen the same week I called and have one of my followup appointments worked in the same day as my initial visit.

This used to be a great office until their relocation within the mall. The staff feels like a revolving door of chaos and frustration. I have had the last three appointments end in disaster...

Why do they have such a rapid turnover in staff? Is it because they are unprofessional? I think there is a good case for that. My dentist left this practice and they didn't bother to tell me. Flakes.
