I worked for this company since they opened until i found out about their unfair practices. They say they don't upsell but they MADE us upsell every single house and harassed if we didn't sell in a house. We did the most BOGUS job at every single house! The machine didn't take out almost anything. The machines make lots of noise to fool you. They make you lie an say that you have fungus. The sanitazion that we sprayed into your duct system was 70% water and thats just so you smell something. It's amazing how many of you believe what they made us say but now the rest are WARNED! They are looking to change their name so they dodge any bad complaints from captain duct the owners are LiRAN NAHOOM & SHIMON. LIRAN is a jewish guy who lies about his name says he's Jhonny!! Be aware!

Esteban and another technician worked on our air ducts and were nice enough to take before and after pictures, as well as make the trek to OC to get the job done. Glad we found a reputable air duct cleaning company. Thanks guys for your hard work!
As we’re preparing for a new member to our family, we did a Google search for a reputable air duct cleaning company that uses organic, eco-friendly cleaning solution in our home. We got a quote over the phone according to the size of our home and were able to set up an appointment that fits into our work schedule.
Two guys came and explained thoroughly prior starting the work, and finished without a hitch and without any “upsell drama”. We also received useful suggestions and info that we could do on our own for maintenance until our next year appointment with Captain Duct. Captain Duct is going to our parents’ home next week!
Appointment between 2-5 pm. The servicemen showed up at 12:30; we weren't home, had to rush home because they were so early. They did not wear gloves at any time during the service. They started upstairs with the vents and as they were beginning to vacuum the returns, we noticed large dime size drops of blood on the floor of the master bedroom, approx. a 4' x 4' area.
My wife and I started asking where it was coming from and the service assistant said that it was him. When we walked over to him, he was still working and his finger was covered in blood, with blood dripping off of it. It was not covered, wrapped or addressed in any way, he just continued to work even after he knew he cut his finger and was badly bleeding. My wife instructed him to wash his hands and then gave him a paper towel and bandaid to help stop the bleeding. As we returned to the area of the blood, we noticed it was all over the brush hose also (this goes into all the vents to agitate them so the dust and debris can be vacummed out). Then as we were looking to see if there was anything more on the floor we noticed blood on the bed and it soaked through the mattress pad and on to the mattress.
We continued looking for more blood and found it in the kids bedroom, on the walls, in the hall, and on the carpeted stairs. It was even tracked to the first floor because the service men didn't check their feet!! (We found blood smudges on the tile floor at the bottom of the stairs.) Then they completed the duct cleaning downstairs without changing their shoe covers or wiping their shoes off! So this was tracked throughout the whole first floor as well!
Due to their employees negligence to care for his own finger, Captain Duct has destroyed our mattress and carpeted stairs. It took them 10 business days to refuse to replace the mattress and carpeting and tell us they will spot clean our home. Spot Cleaning does not disinfect blood out of absorbant materials (mattress and carpeting) and is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I would NEVER use them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

This is one of those unsexy home improvement projects that I REALLY didn't want to spend any money on.
