fast, high quality service

We ordered a costume from Cappels Inc. We got it four days later. It turned out that they have sent a wrong one. But they immediately corrected their mistake. The whole process was very smooth. I spent only a couple of minutes on the phone and the problem was solved. We love the costumes, they are very cute!!
