Have everything in writing, as there were some instances where there were misunderstandings about what I, the homeowner, wanted and what was delivered. However, Capmire is doing its best to make good on those differences. (Edited November 06, 2009)
Capmire Projects helped us renovate our 1920s bungalow and we couldn't be happier with the results one year later. They created a whole new "wing" of our home with a bedroom, new bathroom and utility room, completely redid both bathrooms in our home, built an ally-accessible garage, installed new ductwork and put on a new roof. Make sure you write down everything you want them to do - right down to the last detail- as to avoid conflict. There were several instances where things were missed and could have been avoided if they were in writing from me, the homeowner, and the company.
