The hostel itself is so neat and tidy. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is convenient, and the ride...exhilarating. I've stayed there twice, and can't wait to go back and bring my kids. Feels like we're visiting kinfolk.

Great people to work with to plan your transportation shuttle to their facility and the Springer trailhead areas. Fair prices, on time service, professional and knowledgeable. I can see returning to stay for a local hiking vacation.

Excellent place to stay, I just want to say thanks to the staff, you all work so hard and running a top notch hiker hostel. The staff was super friendly, and professional. Such a great place to hang will fellow hikers.

Leigh (Almanac) & Josh (Profile) hiked the AT in 2000. While on the hike, they were inspired to open a hostel to help fellow hikers, cyclists, mtn bikers & anyone who just wants to get-away. They've been open almost 9 years & love every minute.
