This company seem to do a lot of illegal towing.

If these guys illegally tow your car, you can file complaint to TDLR.

While picking up my vehicle, I received nothing but attitude from the clerk. You can only use 1 form of payment (no cash and credit)....this was NOT posted anywhere and clerk could not provide proof of this rule! The clerk also threw my license and insurance card to me! Her overall attitude was hideous!

This company is STEALING peoples property and after they take it, they try to cover their actions, ex: They put a green sticker on your trailer,boat or car saying you 24 hr to fix the problem and then they take it the next day. Then they send you a notice saying you have 10 days to fix the problem after they have already taken it. To me thats Stealing. They are by law to give a 10 notice and...

Not only are they shady, i witnessed them break into multiple cars in the parking lot to remove the parking break, and to remove my car from being in gear, there is no law that allows them to enter your vehicle without consent, they also are legally obligated to allow you to enter the lot and retrieve personal belongings.

Only scums and low-lives of the planet would work at a place like this. They towed my car out of my own apartment building. My building requires a parking permit and mine fell on my driver's seat. The crook who towed my car was so eager to steal my car out of the garage didn't even bother to see it was sitting on the seat of my car. I've heard numerous stories about these THIEVES stealing cars...
