1 Star since I was forced. Arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday to the teller line literally out the door. I counted 15 in line and 5 being served. I needed to actually see an associate, I went around...

It seems as though customer service East of the river is always severely poor. Currently there are 12 people Standing in line with only two tellers. Very disappointed
