This is my home location of Capital One Bank and if you live on Capitol Hill it will be too. It's on a main street near dozens of restaurants and bars and has a 24/7 ATM outside where you can...

Stop here in the morning before work often. It's never crowded (maybe because I go early in the morning) and the customer service is consistently excellent.
