Incredible customer service!

We went in thinking we were going to open a business checking account for an LLC that we had just created through LegalZoom. We were shocked to find out that LegalZoom had messed up and we couldn't open an account the way it had been set up. Arline and Flore held our hands and helped us apply for a new LLC right there in the office! They even had all of the tax numbers right away that allowed us to go ahead and create the business account as planned.

Big time bank with small town friendliness. Highly recommend it.
