Worst Capitol One bank run mostly by West Indian or Guyanese people. Been waiting here for 45+ minutes still waiting as I type. Slowest branch ever. All I want to do is open a checking account. There are 2 workers just sitting and talking. Smh

I went to the parsons blvd/jewel avenue branch because it was close to my place, I have been going to this branch for awhile and I wondered why I haven't seen the manager. 1 day I went and deposited a check when I realized that I needed check, I signed in to be helped when out of the blue someone asked me if I needed help, one of the ladies on the desk was asking me, told her what I needed, she...

I have been an account holder with Capitol One Bank for quite a few years now, and it is the only bank I have used. I feel that it's time for them to update their systems, especially the ATMs.
