Honestly, capital one is a great bank but this branch takes 45 minutes for 3 people to handle two customers. I've been in the front of the line and still am in the front of the line for 45 minutes...

If there was ever a bank that wants your money and nothing else it's them. There is no customer service. They can't and they won't. My mother, in her 80's, would try to transfer money from one...
