I'm in town because of military family. I have found this facility to be just what it says - come as you are. In almost 2 years of attending, I have never heard anyone ask for 50% of anything, so that has not been my experience. My Husband and I have returned to attending CCC for about a year. We previously attended approx 9 years ago. The only reason we had an interruption in attendance was due to job obligations.
