Need a new apple device? this is convienient. New user beware, you will be sold to but will Pay up front for the least bit of help getting to know your device. Even AT&T walked me through registering my IPhone and setting up my email. After dropping $800 for IPad I got the box in a cheap BJ's plastic bag. Any assistance with a fee please!!! What awful customer service.

I went to CapeMac store in Hyannis. I was looking for the MacBook Pro for my nephew who had just undergone major surgery. Talked with one person. I needed to find out what size screen my nephew needed. He said no problem we have both in stock. I drove back to the store first thing the next day. Told we do not have any in stock. Rude, not very knowledgable staff, the guy who waited on us acted as though he knew what he was talking about but then tried to convince us we were wrong about what we wanted (we're both professional designers and have used Macs for years). Better off making the drive to Hingham, sadly. We prefer local business', but these guys are just in it for the money.
