Canyon Provisions has been good to me for over 15 years.We own and operate Zankou Chicken and buy over a half million pounds of meat every year from Brad.It's not a surprise Brad is one of the busiest guys in LA, he's got the beat reputation around for being honest to his customers.He also answers the phone every time I call.
