Where to Drink Small-Batch Soda (and Boozy Cocktails)

Nothing beats a cold, refreshing soda on a hot day—we've had quite a few this summer, so this theory has been tested, repeatedly. While Seattle is home to a few larger soda companies (like Jones and Dry Soda,) we also have an incredible movement of restaurants serving smaller-scale but equally (if not more) delicious sodas that are innovating their way into our hearts.

Of course, not everyone...

Canon isn't always easy to get into but this is one establishment that is actually worth waiting in line for. The complete Captain's List is awe inspiring with the huge number of spirits available in an immense variety of styles, price points and vintages. The drink list is impressive and very well thought out and the mixologists execute them to perfection. The focus on Canon as their full name...
