This is most mismanaged apartment complex I have ever lived in. The hallways smell of urine. The parking garage doors are always breaking. People smoke in the indoor hallways. There are only 6 washing machines to the whole complex. It's a nightmare living there.

First of all, these are limited income apartments, so basically you cant be on welfare to live here but you cant be a high roller either, you need to be middle class. They hav 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. 2 bedrooms are always available. 3 & 4 forget it.

I've enjoyed my time @ Canoas. The management is very responsive & helpful with everything. The apartment complex is kept clean & maintained. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! The only difficulty ive had is parking for visitors...but what apartment doesn't right?

Matt is a sweet guy and he tries to do his best but Kim is a royal ---------. she's rude and annoying...they lose your rent checks, they never fix things on time, it took me 4 monthes to get my closet doors and the light in my bathroom didnt work since we moved in and they NEVER came to fix it, he looked at it 5 times and said the same thing every time. Its a horrible invironment...HORRIBLE!!!!
