I rented a house from them by the UW and enjoyed it. Place was well kept for an older home. We only had one repair issue and they were there same day to fix it. I'd rent again from them.

I was a tenant with Candlwood Property Management for about 3 years. The office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of quickly and correctly. I would still be with Candlewood, but the property I live in was sold to a different owner. My new Landlord does not even come close to the service provided by Candlewood. It's hard to beat a...

Great company to deal with! I really like the fact that they are one of the few landlords that actually has an office that you can stop in if there is anything you need. Maintenance has been top notch and the office staff is always helpful...
