Built in 1832, this Georgian redbrick home is next door to the Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site and a three-minute walk from restaurants, shops, and the Seaway Trail. Rooms have period antiques, four-poster beds, and quilts; two have water views, the third looks out onto the village.

Lovely

We had a nice overnight visit in Sackets Harbor while staying at Candlelight Guest House. Our view was perfect from the upstairs room. Our host, Alice, was very nice and has a lovely home. Wonderful place to stay

We enjoy Sacket's Harbor and the Candlelight Guest House is a perfect place to stay. Alice is so friendly and we had a wonderful trip.
Sacket's Harbor sits right along Black Horse Bay off of Lake Ontario and is a beautiful location with a lot of history from the War of 1812. There are quaint little shops and nice places...

Comfortable stay

We stayed here for one night. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom was clean and modern. We had a view of the harbour from our window. Breakfast is no longer provided but Alice gave great recommendations. Sackets Harbour is a quaint place with several good eateries.

A quiet, lovely haven

Sackets Harbor is an historic site of the War of 1812 and Candlelight Guest House sits right beside the battlefield, so it's a great choice for history lovers. Lovely stay as usual

We were excited about getting up to Sackets Harbor again, after too long an absence. We were not disappointed! This is a very nice place in a perfect location on the lake. We have stayed there before and have always had a great time. The restaurants are wonderful and plentiful for such a little town and all the historic sites...
