My wife and I bought a house in Sudbury in 2013 and Canavan Builders was there every step of the way as we remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. Mike had some great design ideas which included installing an island in the kitchen and removing a hall closet to allow for an expanded master bath. We were very happy with the results.
He was very candid about giving us options on our project. He ran into some issues but he spent more time than he originally thought but wouldn't take additional pay. He showed up on time and was very professional throughout the entire project.
He does great work and has a great network of subcontractors. He never goes over budget, he is always on time and he provides the work you ask for.
Mike was very through and responsive. He worked within our budget and ended up with excellent results.
