My neighbor's kids go to Camp Putnam and I can't recommend it enough. Because of them, we decided to donate to ensure less afluent kids can go too.

Camp Putnam is what you think about when you hear ""summer camp."" Its not a specialized camp like a sports camp or an academic camp. It is a camp with swimming, canoing, games, hiking, biking, campfires... summer camp. The kids always look forward to to going and talk about their concellors like Mr. Pringle, who makes their time so fun.

After seeing the impact of Camp Putnam on kids, I would recommend it to anyone.

Camp Putnam is great. My kids talk about this place all spring because they cannot wait to go back. They have made alot of good friends. We don't really live an outdoorsy lifestyle, but camp has really taught them to appreciate nature. I'd recommend it to any parent.
