Dirty

We stayed one night, only because it so late when we arrived. Old and historic is no excuse for DIRTY AND FOUL SMELLING. The desk in the room was sticky. The room smelled of sour laundry. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The whole place smelled of flea market carpet. We checked out at 7:30 the next morning.

Busy hotel

We stayed here for a weekend in May and found it to be a pleasant stay. Parking is fantastic and the location was perfect for us as we were attending a Chihuahua's baseball game which was across the street and in walking distance. The staff wasn't the most friendly or accommodating and the pool needed some attention. Dirty towels all...

The location is a 3 minute walk from the Convention Center and walking distance from several eating areas. HOWEVER, the list of issues that will follow here are due to the fact...

Parking was a breeze with 2 underground levels with plenty of spaces.
The reception staff were quick and we had room keys within a few minutes
Liked the original wood lined lifts and the hallways were bright and well lit
Our room was clean and...

The hotel is immense and the owners are clearly unable to do the proper maintenance, as the windows are dirty and the carpets, furniture, bedding, etc are...
