Dr Campbell was the absolute BEST therapist I had ever been to. That being said, I feel a bit lost and let down by her as she pretty much disappeared(I knew she was leaving her practice but not exactly when) as the other reviewer noted. Would simply not recommend her after the experience I had following her announcement to my daughter she was leaving her Chicago practice. Scheduled & canceled numerous appts. since ultimately not responding to text messages, voice messages, email for an appointment and/or necessary Rx refills prescribed for my daughter during this time. I called and left a message trying to assist someone with finding a psychiatrist that takes his Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I asked to please verify that this insurance is in network and asked if Dr. Kern was accepting new patients. She called back and left me a very RUDE message not to ever call her two numbers - and she read off two phone numbers again. I was dumbfounded.
