I'm taking a photo class and was looking for a place to pick up black and white film amd paper for my class. They had what I needed and gave me a discount for being a photo student. They also had a lot of cool camera equipment and darkroom stuff. If you're looking for a great local camera store this is it.
Alan and Ross are examples of what customer service should be. Unfortunately, this kind of service is not found very often, even in specialty stores like Cameraworks. Ross spent nearly an hour with my wife, providing information that increased her level of photography more than any seminar or class she has attended.
