The sales people in the store are very knowledgeable. Sometimes they get busy and I know that when it is my turn they will take the same time with me. I have never been disappointed. I go to 2 camera stores Glazers and this Camera's West (the store on 4th). Cameras West has always been helpful but when busy they are short of staff. I was surprised to see a couple bad reviews and felt it was important that I say something.

I agree with other review....WORSE SERVICE EVER! Seems like they are tired and do not want to be there. Went in to ask for a lens, had to wait a few minutes for someone to talk to me. Asked for a wideangle, the guy told me they did not carry but could order and walked away to take care of another customer....came back 10 minutes later and when asked about another Canon lens he said they did not carry Canon products and again walked away leaving me with half a word out of my mouth.....I walked away. This people do not care for the customer!

I have visited Cameras West twice to purchase a product. Each time, they have been able to get me exactly what I was looking for and could talk to me as a lay person without all the mumbo jumbo of someone trying to impress with their lofty knowledge. I like Cameras West on 4th Ave. in downtown Seattle, and plan to return for my next purchase..
