i hv lived here for the past one yr. this is place is very very noisy. management does not do anything about it. also they increase rent once in every 6 months.
i would not recommend this place to anyone.

As a single woman living alone, I feel safe in this neighborhood. It's just far enough off the beaten path that people from the MAX station and the main roads aren't coming through here all the time. And I really appreciate that there are locks on both my doors that can only be opened from the inside.

Management people are all cheaters please dont be victim like me... they are nice while moving in but will screw while leaving the apartment at the end of the lease... will charge you fines for the things you didnt do... no matter how much clean you keep the apartment they dont return your refundable deposit... But still they tell you its s a refundable deposit which is total bul ----..

The previous person wrote they got an $80 increase....well try $100> No assigned parking so ya have to fight for a place close to apartment......they are rude and a joke. We will NOT renew our lease. The manager is rude and stupid....her staff don't know what they are doing...don't bother to complain about anything.they laugh in your face...that's just the manager....the others don't even bother.
