The portions on their breakfast plates are massive! Very good tasting food, place is just like grandma's old trailer park, so if you want tea and crumpets with your meal eat somewhere else

There are positive and negative aspects associated with the term "dive". In Callie's case, we find all the positives, and none of the negatives.
Breakfast foods piled as high as the plate can hold. CMT on both TV screens. No fancy anything, no frills, no. suits, no worries. Waitresses obviously screened for their.. umm... " charms".

Callie's is not the type of place to visit if you want a light low calorie meal. Callie's is the place you visit if you are hungry for some comfort food. We enjoyed a Bacon Burger and Chicken Strips (14yo) and the best french fries I have ever had. The fries are fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and...

It is true their portions are humongous, but the last time we went, we had to wait for ages to be served, one of our children's breakfast was delayed. The food was cold when it arrived to us as it had been seating for 20 mins on their 'hot' counter.
The atmosphere was just different...
