Had a lot of fun today! Went in for a Meetup which isn't a thing anymore (whoops!), but Matt was still super helpful and I had fun.
My husband and I love everything that this gym has to offer! We have had so many gains since we have joined, it’s hard to believe we ever went somewhere else. Open gym, classes, and custom classes - it’s all amazing!
They have a great kids class for active and energetic little ones! Lots of fun equipment.
I normally only workout at home but this is the only gym I've ever consistently gone to because of the fun environment and the knowledgeable owner and staff. Another big plus is that they don't push you too hard when you're in pain unlike many stories I hear about other trainers who cause their client's injuries.
Great, honest workout, using your own body-weight; what you accomplish here will stay with you for the long term! Love it!
