On 1/18 I paid online for two Samsung monitors with PayPal.  That day I got an email from California Computer Center saying the item would ship in 5 to 8 business days.  I waited a week and heard nothing from them about the item shipping. 
On 1/25 I called and spoke with John at Order Status.  He told me the monitors were in stock locally and “would ship right away”.  I then got an email...
