Top notch work is what this companies techs did for my carpets and my couches, at first I had just ordered a carpet cleaning but once the tech was there. I had noticed my couches and decided they needed to be cleaned too. Kill two stones with one shot! RIGHT! The price was very affordable and they kicked stains butt right off my carpet. Made my couches look better than before like new. I am more than happy with the work they did I am satisfied with it all.. call them and check they out for yourself..
ultimately received the best service... when I look for a company, whether its a carpet cleaning company or a restaurant or even a service maid, I usually like to see that they have positive reviews. I like to know beforehand that I'm dealing with a professional company that knows what they are doing. but idk what changed in this case.... they had no reviews but they were local. so I called and let me tell you what reeled me in, it was there nice dispatcher. She was able to give me all the info I was looking for in one sentence. took her time with me, I didn't feel rushed. She is knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. and I was hooked. so I made an appointment that same day, had them come out. when the tech finally arrived he made sure he looked at all the rooms he was going to clean, he made sure he took measurements of the rooms and did a couple test to shoe me up close and personal what my carpet would look like after they were cleaned. no mind you, I get my carpets cleaned every size months but when the tech was done with the cleaning and he was throwing out the water. you should have seen how dark the water was, it made me think that I was wasting my time with those other companies. that this company was it!! and they are, they are professional they are what I look for in a company!
I enjoyed having their technician over, he really knew what the perfect solution to the problem was. He gave me great suggestions and I let him start the work. I was more than amazed when I saw the couch spotless and in such good condition. Certainly having them come back every month.
