A CPA doing home loans? It doesn't make sense to me as to why he does it, but Steve Dellario is a trustworthy individual that breaks down the numbers for buyers in a simple way. He's not afraid to send people away if they're getting a better deal elsewhere and that's why I feel comfortable referring my clients to him.
