Took my Mercedes there for minor body work. This was our 3rd time to use this shop and had always received good service previously.

This is a scam. Got in an accident in the beginning of January and was promised that the car will be done by February 11th. Got the car on February 25th!!!! That's almost a month and a half. They told me the main issue was my headlight and that because its a German-made car they need to order it from Germany LOL. Each person I talked to kept giving me open-ended promises that did not match up....

Horrible service from a service represenative named Sam, he could not give a straight answer as to why the car that was brought in had more problems after it left, you can tell he doesn't know what he was talking about, the car had no mechanical issues until after the car was picked up, the rep named Sam that was assigned to the vehicle was NO HELP. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
