OMG! Now I know why I shouldn't be allowed in a restaurant supply house.Why have I paid retail for much of this awesome kitchen stuff.I should clarify, I do not own a bar or restaurant, I just like kitchen stuff and Caire is open on Saturdays which worked out with a recent MacGyver like project we needed done …

If you own a smaller restaurant or bar, this is your place to get supplies on the go. They do now have competition from Restaurant Depot, but they exceed in customer service. The front-desk personnel will get to know you by name and remember your business if you come here regularly. They also deliver.
