Best thing about this company are the salesman but they are gone when you sign the contract

These guys have all of the marketing tools down pat. We hired them over a smaller company to take care of our AAA complex. In spite of a big sales pitch and glossy promises, they sent out a rag-tag crew that was managed by someone just out of school. Make sure that you know which crew will be on your account. BTW the account manager was boasting about the "C&D" profits being the highest in the bay area for landscapers. Our only regret was that it took 9 months to fire them.
