Macaroni Sciue Sciue Restaurant Review

An offshoot of popular North Beach hole-in-the-wall Caffè Macaroni, this restaurant offers more of the same authentic Neapolitan fare, but complements it with several selections from other regions in Southern Italy. A quaint little Italian restaurant! You feel like you are in a small village. A very small place which adds to the charm of the experience. Everything was absolutely delicious - especially the prosciutto and melon, sautéed vegetables and the spaghetti and meatballs.

We went to Caffe Macaroni. It is a very small place - seats around 10 people. You are welcomed by the staff as soon as you enter. Our family loved this place for its homey atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious Italian food.

With menu items such as Zucchine e Pesto and Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, this little Italian restaurant will have patrons feel like they've been transported to Italy. An extensive dessert menu features Italian classics such as Tiramisu and Chocolate Truffle Gelato.

Macaroni Sciue Sciue, the North Beach favorite offers little space, but a lot of great Italian food. The cozy little cafe is very small but possesses a charm. The staff is welcoming and limited outdoor seating is available. Considering the cafe's size, the menu is surprisingly vast, filled with Southern Italian cuisine. You might try the Melanzane e Gorgonzola or Gnocchi Gorgonzola e Arugula....

Eating at Caffe Macaroni is a bit like eating in a closet with windows. If you can get over the fact that a private conversation is impossible, then you`re in for some of the most authentic and well-executed pasta dishes in the city. Gnocchi is a favorite, as is the seafood pasta and the simple capellini with basil and olive oil. Bring lots of cash: no credit cards are accepted and it`s not...
