Good coffee, poor service and food

Came here for breakfast after reading recommendation on trip advisor. What a disappointment!
Such poor service, first one we encountered in Seattle where everyone is so friendly. Coffee and hot chocolate was nice but pastries were not. Had to ask to warm up as we're cold. not much better hot unfortunately. Will not return
