At caffe d'bolla we believe that "it's what's in the cup that matters." We prepare each espresso beverage only using fresh roasted beans, ground to order, and extracted to perfection. Our award winning teas are direct from the growers, hand picked and prepared according to artisan standards. We only use the finest pure fruit juice syrups and juice infused powders available for our bubble teas.

Was treated like a lower class citizen for bringing my two little girls in. They were rude and unhospitable. Will not go back. The coffee was good.

If you live in Salt Lake City, you only have so many choices for single origin coffee in craft brew methods and probably less choices for boba milk tea. I live in Southern California so I'm lucky...

You can't really compare the bubble tea here to places like LA, Seatte, TO, Mtl, etc. But for SLC - this place is really good. The place is a bit small - but I was taking out, so it didn't matter...
