Interestingly, Cafe Nineteen is actually just a cafe, vs. other "cafes" that use the term only in name. So, don't go there expecting much food. They have a great bar, and small selections like sandwiches, chips and deserts.

They have coffee, pastries, awesome burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, full bar, great music and open all hours. Free WiFi - its just a cool spot to hang out

You would think this seems in fly wholesome relaxed cafe would have great service but it was a horribly wrong impression. Awful service. Understaffed. Unfriendly. Neglectful. And the tiramisu was an insult. I'm offended.

I have visited Café Nineteen several times and enjoy the café atmosphere but the service is so inconsistent. Recently, I visited, enjoyed a glass of wine (yes, they are a bit overpriced) and had great service. So I returned this week and sit down at a table and wait and wait and wait. We had breakfast there 2 mornings, WOW, the food was really good, and although it is a very small place, it was cozy. The had a baker on the premises and WOW!
