Always amazingly fresh and excessively large portions. I took my mother for the first time and she was crazy with delight. She had the sandwiches and soup and I had the trio salad platter. Delicious.

The manager or guy that was there was awesome! Very friendly and pleasant to my boyfriend and I! We regularly visit cafe max in Richardson but live closer to this one, he let us know the hours...

Yummy to the yum-yum! Super friendly staff. Very clean. Amazing prices. Huge quantities served (yeah for leftovers). Definitely go with the salad sampler (gets you some of all 8 salads).

Healty Options - Tastes Good - Huge Portions. Cafe Max has a limited menu with eight different salads, a few soups and a few sandwiches. I decided to get the Salad Sampler for $8.95. I was expecting to get a little bit of each salad. Instead I got a huge plate of Caesar Salad surrounded by seven full scoops of the other salads. It's was huge. I ate maybe a 1/3 of it. Windhaven has dine in or carry out and a few uncovered patio tables. Party room available with seating for about 35 people. Reservations required and fees may apply. Dine in hours differ from carry out. The cafe is closed for dining in on Saturdays and entirely on Sundays.
