I took my wife to Cafe Loredana for her birthday, we wanted to get away from the crowds and the noise of Atlantic Ave. We were not disappointed. We started by sharing an appetizer of steamed mussels which were served with Mozzarella cheese and a Marinara sauce. They were delicious and there was more than enough for both of us....

Cafe Loredana is a cute little restaurant 1 block off of Atlantic Ave., the main restaurant district in Delray Beach. It is a converted cottage with two small dining rooms and a front porch with tables for 2-4 people.
It is a great choice if you are looking for something out of the way of all the hustle and bustle...

Too pricey for average food

We went for my 60th birthday. It is a cute place but an average Italian meal with one glass of wine each for 3 of us was $100. That was after a $40 groupon. Ouch.

Inconsistent pricing and just too spendy for what it is

It's not just expensive here. It's outrageous here, for what you receive! Menu items aren't consistent in how they're priced. Let me get to the good stuff first though...
This little house is cute and quaint, off Atlantic, and shares the parking lot with Mellow Mushroom. The inside has two sides to it, and I suppose both sides are open...
