Cafe Italia is a wonderful neighborhood BYOB Italian Restaurant. The decor is fairly simple but well done. The color scheme uses warm earth tones. The windows have wood binds with sweep-over drapes.   White cloth napkins are displayed like fans on wood lacquered tables.

This place is crap we called ahead to our name on the list and were told 25 minutes We arrive 20 minutes later and are told it is a 25 minute wait. So we wait now 40 minutes after we arrive we are still waiting for a table

Great food! Love this place , every time I am in grapevine this is my number one priority !Just make sure to make reservation. Highly recommend and its BYOB. Every thing in vodka sauce and Jerusalem are to die for

Excellent little hole in the wall in Grapevine! Love the Cafe Italia. The atmosphere has all the makings for a wonderful and authentic Italian meal. Bread is crusty and superb. Crispy calamari and marinara is a must. The lobster ravioli is 2Di4. And, the grilled salmon was loaded with goodies. Service was super! Will return for sure when we return to the Lone Star state and head downtown toward...

Nice Surprise!. Went here on a Saturday night after hitting up the Christmas stuff going on at the nearby Gaylord hotel.
