We are very lucky to have the best gelato around, right in our own home town of Winston Salem. This is a charming and friendly spot near the West End. We just went to Siska's charming little spot today. All the gelatos we sampled were fabulous, especially the roasted almond. Siska is a delight - extremely personable and welcoming. We look forward to sampling more favors next time we're in town.
