Although it may be closed now as well. This restaurant location has housed Bellinis, the Living Room, The Smokehouse (all moved) and Cafe DePaz, the original incarnation of the Mediteranean Rim theme. DePaz was excellent, it's been a steady downhill slide ever since. Very sad.

Too much oil

No matter what you order, it floats in oil. I had to drain the oil off of my app. I had the sampler and it wasn't very good. People were nice

Worst service in Dunedin

I went there for dinner! Server was so bad!! Messed up my order. Took forever to fix it! Would recermend that place when there is so many good places in Dunedin!!!
