Ohh pablo and pablo !!! The assets at cafe borgia .... you jist want to keep going just to experience the great service and amazing food dished out buly these two gentlemen !!! Great food ... fancy wine (fancy pants) and breathtaking interior .... takes you to a magocal world !!! An experience by itself !
Don't blink...or you'll miss it. In a storefront south
of I-94. It is quite small but the food and service could not be
better...
GREAT ! Italian but not the spagetti & pizza, more the
sauces/oils/spices type. FANTASTIC.
Small, but with more choices than it could ft customers, fast wonderful
service.
A definate place to try, you'll be back !!
Excellent food, fantastic service! Seating somewhat crowded,
butvery manageable. The atmosphere is that of a place that locals
would know has the best Italian cuisine around. Neither blue
jeans nor a suit would be out of place here, and kids appear
welcome. Beer and a rather large wine list, no hard bar.
Roman-style Italian is served here, by waitstaff that even top-
off your glass with...
Very good Italian food. Really looks like a hole in the wall from
outside (and it's in a gritty, heavily-travelled area). Go when
the weather's nice and sit out back on their enclosed patio, which
is much less crowded than inside. Despite the crowding the waiters
are attentive, but get there early or you'll have to wait outside
the restaurant (no bar area).
Their linguine and seafood pastas...

In the little open kitchen where offerings are cooked to order, Chef Jesso and his team provide innovative regional Italian cuisine
at value prices. To complement the food, as stated in the TIMES, "The service was so good we didn't want to leave."
A main ingredient for the success of Cafe Borgia is the small and efficient "staff-family" who have been here for years and treat it like their own....
Café Borgia dishes up Italian cooking. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $8 to $12, and dress casual.
