The best people, ambiance, and food. You couldn't ask for a better place. My favorite (I get it every time) is the turkey,bacon, avocado wrap with a double shot soy late. Cathay and the gang we love you! Lord Jesus we need a miracle!!!

My sweet man and I were on a road trip back home from Southern Utah to Anchorage, AK for the past two weeks and were lucky enough to stumble upon Cathy's restaurant!! I have to admit that after driving 4,000 miles and eating at restaurants twice a day across the northern hemisphere, This restaurant had THE most delicious food! Hands...
