Cafe Bicko has been able to build up a large local following, and on nights when it has live entertainment parking spills out into the neighborhood. Cafe Bicko also serves wine and beer. It has also applied for a liquor license that would enable it to serve more than just wine and beer.
we were literally the ONLY people in the dining section of the restaurant. All four of us drank root beer, since this is all they had. We ordered a pizza. We waited... and waited....and waited...then we asked about it. We were told it was on it's way. 45 minutes later we were informed that out pizza had been burned and then dropped on the floor. Then we left. And the place was FILTHY. Won't be...
